Author Tom Wootton and psychiatrist Dr. Peter Forster talk about their new program called the Advantage Program that
works to integrate many aspects of a person's life - mental, fitness, spirituality, relationships, career - and to surround
the person with a team of experts to work in an integrated way on all of these aspects.
Also interviewed is one of their clients who will tell how this approach has worked in his life.
