Seasonal Affective Disorder ("Winter Blues")
This show discusses the Seasonal Affective Disorder, sometimes called the "Winter Blues." It is when depression is particularly severe in the winter months and has been linked to less sunlight being available.
One guest is a man who lives with Seasonal Affective Disorder. He demonstrates how using a special light helps him live with this disorder.
The second guest is a psychiatrist who has treated many people with Seasonal Affective Disorder.
