"A Spiritual Community of Caring Hearts and Open Minds"
Mental Health Matters -
Alameda County, California
Trauma
The subject of trauma - what it is, what causes it, and how one can recover from it - is discussed by two people. One is a woman who underwent severe emotional and physical abuse from a parent and a husband for many years and who has now found recovery. The other is a psychologist who specializes in treating trauma, who discusses the range of treatment options available.
Listen to their hopeful message.
